Rocket SaaS is one of London’s leading website design and marketing support agencies, with a particular niche of working with ambitious tech clients.

The Role

We are looking for a Website Content Editor to join our team. You will be responsible for managing, uploading and maintaining website content for numerous clients. Your duties will also include sharing content to raise brand awareness and monitoring web traffic and metrics to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Work with our content writers to brief and proofread written content
• Deliver content to our clients and manage feedback
• Upload content to the CMS, mainly WordPress, Webflow and Hubspot
• Optimise content according to SEO standards
• Use CMS and Google Analytics to analyse website traffic and users engagement metrics
• Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms
• Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Content Manager
• Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing
• Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
• Familiarity with social media
• Excellent writing skills in English
• Attention to detail
• Good organisational and time-management skills

Bonus Skills

• Video editing
• PowerPoint/Google Slides editing
• Website debugging
• Website design project management
• LinkedIn Ads

About you

• A natural communicator, you’ll be comfortable hosting client and internal team meetings, whether in person or via video call
• Often leading on time-sensitive projects, you’ll be inherently organised & accustomed to working to tight deadlines
• You’ll be technically curious, developing a deep knowledge of website design, strategy and digital marketing, as well as the Software as a Service (SaaS) industry
• Our ideal candidate will be ambitious, resilient and excited to quickly develop their career through hard work
• Someone who has a keen eye for design and attention to detail
