Customer Success Manager
Based: London Waterloo Office / Remote
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum based on experience

Rocket SaaS is one of London’s leading website design and marketing agencies, with a particular niche of working with ambitious tech start-up clients.
The Role
Rocket SaaS are looking for someone to join as Customer Success Manager – combining a love of helping people with a passion for design and the web.
- You’ll be responsible for managing the immediate post-sale engagement with a new customer, mapping out the project timeline and ensuring it is effectively delivered
- Unrivalled opportunity to work with some of the most exciting, global scale-up companies – responsible for building strong relationships, growing their lifetime value & securing long-lasting advocacy (case studies/references)
About you
You’re as passionate about people as you are about working in a design and marketing agency. We want someone who can take an idea and run with it, as start-up land requires lots of professional agility!
- A natural communicator, you’ll be comfortable hosting regular client and internal team meetings, whether in person or via video call
- Often leading on time-sensitive projects, you’ll be inherently organised & accustomed to working to tight deadlines
- You’ll be technically curious, developing a deep knowledge of website design, strategy and digital marketing, as well as the Software as a Service (SaaS) industry
- Our ideal candidate will be ambitious, resilient and excited to quickly develop their career through hard work
- Someone who has a keen eye for design and attention to detail
