✅ Fast: A lightning-fast loading time is essential. Users expect instant access, so optimise your page speed to keep them engaged.
✅ Clear: Keep your messaging crystal clear. Avoid buzzwords and clever brand phrases. Go with a “does what is says on the tin” approach.
✅ Specific: Be specific about the unique value your product offers. Avoid broad terms. What specific problem does your product solve?
✅ Testimonials: Build trust with potential customers by showcasing testimonials from satisfied clients. Let their positive experiences speak for your product’s quality and reliability.
✅ Case Studies: Supplement testimonials with case studies. Share success stories highlighting how your SaaS solution has helped businesses achieve tangible results. Try to get facts/stats in there, such as “They got a 3x ROI.”
✅ “You” not “We”: Focus on the customer, not yourselves. Frame your messaging around the benefits they’ll receive using your product rather than emphasising your features.
✅ Handle Objections: Anticipate and address potential objections or concerns. Provide clear answers to common questions and alleviate any doubts your visitors may have. Common examples would be setup time, integrations and cost.
✅ Benefits > Features: Highlight the benefits customers will experience by using your product rather than simply listing its features. Paint a vivid picture of how your solution will positively impact their lives or businesses.
